Thus, in the first part, the text presents the formation of this agency and the activities it carried out using conferences, films and pamphlets; and, in a second section, it addresses the health education for venereal diseases, and examines the pamphlets produced on syphilis as an example of how medical knowledge was transmitted to people.…”
