“…Thus, the current Law No. 19,473 of 1996 and its regulations (Supreme Decree No. 5 of 1998) are the basic framework governing hunting in Chile. After more than 20 years since its entry into force, and in response to the prevailing scientific and academic gap on the subject in the country, we propose this work with the objective of analyzing the Chilean regulations and organizations involved in the field, as well as the associations and their ways of organizing and practicing hunting activity. …”
