    “…    ******    Characteristics of the affective bond between mothers and children, conceived as a result of Sexual Assault, according to expert professionals   Abstract   Currently in Chile, there are high figures of sexual crimes, of which, a large number of cases are not known in the public domain, being called the “black cypher”, which would make difficult   the   real   quantification   of   the   phenomenon, converging here several psychosocial variables to take into consideration. Since, according to data at the national level, in most sexual assaults the perpetrator is known of familiar to the victim, which is why it is relevant to be able to investigate what happens in that maternal-filial bonding once the child is born; making interviews with expert professionals, with the purpose of being able to know what are the characteristics present  in  this  affective  relationship,  considering  the  legal context in the country, where the mother was until the year 2018 in legal obligation to maintain gestation until the end of pregnancy, which would lead, according to the observation of professional experts, in an ambivalent type of bond, with the  quality  of  the  child’s  bond  and  the  subsequent development being at risk. …”
