“…The results found indicated that depersonalization and low personal fulfillment were the dimensions that were found to be worn out or burned out and not the dimension of emotional exhaustion. These data lead to the assumption that the teacher, separated from himself and alienated in his relationship with others, uses depersonalization as a psychological defense mechanism that gives him the possibility of continuing to work without being fully aware of emotional exhaustion, which, without a doubt, it leads to the perception of low personal fulfillment.…”
