Scabies which occurs in the elderly and also in patients who are immunosuppressed, the lesions are very variable and clinical diagnosis may be difficult. In such cases, dermatoscopy is a simple and rapid diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of scabies with high sensitivity and specificity.
