| Sumario: | Publishers have again been alerted to a directory fraud that may exploit the flurry of letters they receive from Continental Europe ahead of the Frankfurt Book Fair. A number of publishers in Great Britain have previously been caught by the fraud, which uses a form purporting to offer free entry in FAIR Guide. Busy publishers that signed and returned the form, believing it to be an official listing for the Frankfurt Book Fair, have been unable to cancel the contract. |
