      ab: Objective: To probe into the effect of individualized diet exercise program on diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: A total of 100 diabetes mellitus patients were investigated with questionnaire to evaluate patients' general condition and disease, in order to make the individualized diet exercise program, and guild patients to carry out them, then to evaluate patients' following -- doctor behavior and levels of blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin before and after guild. Results: the following -- doctor behaviors and levels of blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin after guild were improved significantly compared with before guild (P<0.05). Conclusion: individualized diet exercise program can improve patients' following -- doctor behaviors and reduce their blood sugar.
