| Sumario: | Pseudomonas aeruginosa septicemia is seen rarely in healthy infants and children. Dermatologic manifestations such as ecthyma gangrenosum, also not common, may be the first sign of Pseudomonas infection, or may appear later in the course of the disease. We report a previously healthy 6-month-old boy with ecthyma gangrenosum as a rare complication that can be seen in the course of P. aeruginosa sepsis. |
