Concretely the training constitutes all the activities that a student needs to appropriate himself of the 'core competence'. Scope -This research consists of a specific investigation which tries to clarify if it is possible to find some good advices and models, by asking and interviewing the students during their personal experiences of clinical practice training. Materials and methods: The study is analyzed within the theoretical orientation of the fenomenological approach, according to the theory inductively resulted from grounded theory. The direct observation and a correctly built and structured interview are the most powerfull tools chosen by the different authors. Actually, these tools seem to be the most adequate to recognize the meanings that the stidents give to their experiences in clinical practice training. The analyzed subjects, in this report, are 2 students of Physiotherapy. Results: During the data analysis some key elements appeared; elements that could be called central focuses (or categories, concepts). When determined, these concepts have been conceptually elaborated in the description of two different paradigms. The first one refers to intellectual, gestural and relational skills learned and improved; the second one represents the conveyance of professional skills of high level from the tutors to the students (the observed subjects). Discussion. The analyzed contextes during the clinical practice training and the interview allow to recognize and to ascertain a differentiation in learning where students, towards problem solving activities, implement educational processeses and clinical reasoning.
