| Sumario: | Aims: The purpose of this case was to report on the physiotherapy and ergonomic roles for a work-related musculoskeletal disorder. Methods: A 29-year old male employee presented complaining of neck and right upper trapezius pain following prolonged periods at his workstation. Findings: Following intervention, positive changes were noted in outcome measures such as pain, work status and activities of daily living. Conclusions: Physiotherapy intervention combined with ergonomic consideration was beneficial in addressing the work-related musculoskeletal disorder. |
