| Sumario: | Pyoderma gangrenosum is a skin disease that may be associated with myelodisplastic syndrome characterized by painful, ulcerovegetative lesions. The skin lesions of pyoderma gangrenosum, which is a neutrophilic dermatose, are well-defined ulcers surrounded with violeceous erythema. Neutrophilic dermatoses are defined as a multisystem disease and may also affect different organs such as bones, muscle, lung, heart and eyes besides skin involvement. Necrotizing tracheitis, sterile osteomyelitis, polyarthritis, cardiac involvement and eye involvement have been reported in association with pyoderma gangrenosum. In the literature, patients with central nervous system involvement including meningitis, pituitary involvement has also been existed. Here in, a 76 year-old woman with central nervous system involvement besides myelodysplastic syndrome and pyoderma gangrenosum has been reported.
