Two hundred subjects who underwent lower limb surgery were studied. The muscle strength of the quadriceps femoralis muscle was measured with repeat manual muscle testing from postoperative days 1 to 7. All data was analyzed for descriptive and GEE statistical analysis using SPSS 11.5 computer programs and the Statistical Analysis System (SAS). The results showed a significant relationship between muscle strength and both total knee replacement (TKR) and femoral reduction. The patient's muscle strength during time out of bed was measured from 30 to 60 minutes, was better than less 30 minutes and exceed 60 minutes. TKR was less than the femoral reduction. pubtype: Academic Journal doctype: research tables/charts Journal Article ougenre: Article language: Chinese refInfo: holdings: @attributes: islocal: N |
