Sumario:The Problem-based learning is a methodology of education based on the study of considered problems, with the purpose of making the pupil to study determinate contents. In this methodology, to study is an intentional act, conscious, organized and directed to solve problems. Thus, this study aims to report the experience in the Elaboration and Implementation of the Pos Graduation Course in Intensive Care Unit Nursing of the Institute of Education and Research of the Sirio Libanes. The experience story will be divided in five phases: Elaboration of the pedagogical project, Choice and Qualification of the tutor, Elaboration of the Problems, Implementation of the Course properly said and consulting.
