| Sumario: | It is an experience report in the training of Communitary Health Agents, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, developed in health centers in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina. The challenge of this experience is related to difficulties in transmitting information in face of limitations of the Communitary Health Agents in this area. It was used problem-solving methodology, developing workshops, performing, modellings, seminars, educational tapes, experience reports, among other, using as subsidies the didactic materials of the Health Ministry. It was presented the developed activities of the municipal district, in the promotion/ prevention/treatment/recovery of Sexually Transmitted Diseases, evidencing the family planning and the Project of Damages Reduction.
