      ab: This contribution conveys a holistic approach describing how anticipative processes in medical institutions--from the view of a strategy-oriented management--will be more easily controllable in the future. The approach demonstrates, how the health-economical practice's diverse restrictions (working time-models, lack of resources, usage of clinical pathways, etc.) can be merged into a complex model with a multi-criterial objective function (reduction of resting times, improvement of the resources' occupany rate, cost reduction, etc.), in order to ensure both the consistency of medical actions and an efficient workflow-management.This article points out the basic requirements especially for the future development and the introduction of informational systems. It results in the model of a genetic algorithm which maps the varied demands of a hospital on the basis of permutation chromosomes, and optimizes iteratively existent solutions of operation scheduling according to the principles of genetics.
