Implementing a computerised age/sex/disease register in general practice: given resources, any GP can do it.
This paper reports the experiences and of findings of a pilot project which established a computerised age/sex/ disease register in a general medical practice using an externally funded Health Promotion Officer one day per week over a period of twelve months.
