Sumario:This paper describes a pilot program in a work activity center. Called the 'ACTION Group,' the project involved six clients whose selection was based on low productivity rates on work assignments. The purpose of the 'ACTION Group' was to allow clients who were experiencing failure to be motivated by tasks structured to their performance needs.
