The ulceration and pain continued to worsen despite wound management. Once the diagnosis of vulvar pyoderma gangrenosum was made, cyclosporine was started and the wound rapidly healed.Conclusion: Vulvar pyoderma gangrenosum should be considered when a vulvar wound is not healing with conservative measures.
