Sumario:The article discusses the emergence of quantum computer science as a discipline on the practical integration of all aspects of quantum computing. The aspects covered by the discipline include an abstract algorithm in a research paper and physical operations. Designers and developers are instructed to develop programs using a quantum programming language that are close to informal high-level descriptions Other aspects of the quantum programming environment are discussed, including automated offline resource estimates prior to deployment.
