| Sumario: | Intralesional injection is defined as injection of a systemic medication directly into a specific skin lesion in order to minimize its systemic side effects. The most commonly used drugs for the intralesional treatments are corticosteroids. Although many new therapeutic agents and methods developed in recent years, intralesional corticosteroid applications by dermatologists continue to be widely used as a simple, cheap, safe and effective treatment method. Most preferred corticosteroid preparations for the application are triamcinolone acetonide and triamcinolone diacetate. All corticosteroid preperations have antiinflammatory, antiproliferative and immunosuppressive effects. Based on these effects, intralesional corticosteroid injections are used for the treatment of many acute and chronic inflammatory skin diseases. İntralezyonel enjeksiyon; tedavi için kullanılacak bir ilacın sistemik yan etkilerini en aza indirmek için direk olarak spesifik bir deri lezyonuna enjekte edilmesi şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. İntralezyonel enjeksiyon uygulamalarında en sık kullanılan ilaçlar kortikosteroidlerdir. Son yıllarda geliştirilen pek çok yeni tedavi ajanı ve yöntemine rağmen, intralezyonel kortikosteroid uygulamaları dermatoloji uzmanları tarafından basit, ucuz, güvenli ve etkili bir tedavi yöntemi olarak yaygın olarak kullanılmaya devam etmektedir. Uygulamalarda en sık tercih edilen kortikosteroid preparatı triamsinolon asetonid ve triamsinolon diasetattır. Tüm kortikosteroidlerin antiinflamatuvar, antiproliferatif ve immunsupresif etkileri bulunmaktadır. Bu etkilerine dayanarak intralezyonel kortikosteroid enjeksiyonları birçok akut ve kronik inflamatuvar deri hastalığının tedavisinde kullanılmaktadır. |
