      ab: The purpose of this paper is to provide information about video prompting and its utility in physical activity settings. Researchers of video prompting instruction have successfully used the method to teach a variety of skills to individuals with developmental disabilities. Video prompting is an empirically validated method of instruction that is especially beneficial for visual learners such as those with autism. Examples of skills learned through video prompting are provided and recommendations are offered to physical educators.
