Bu araştırma, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı tarafından uzun yıllardan beri ülkemizde yaz aylarında cami ve Kur'an kurslarında verilen Yaz Kur'an Kurslarının mevcut durumu ve karşılaşılan problemleri tespit edip, Yaz Kur'an kurslarının Din Eğitimi açısından nasıl bir öneminin olduğu vurgulamaya çalışılan bir alan araştırmasıdır. Araþtýrmaya Muðla merkez ve dört ilçesinde Yaz Kur'an Kursuna devam eden 309 öðrenci ve Yaz Kur'an Kurslarýnda görev yapan 104 din görevlisi katýlmýþtýr. Araþtýrmada veri toplama aracý olarak anket tekniði kullanýlmýþ, bunun yaný sýra gözlem, yüz yüze görüþme/mülakat tekniklerinden de faydalanýlmýþtýr. Öncelikle Yaz Kur'an Kurslarýna katýlan öðrencilerin kiþisel bilgi ve sosyo-ekonomik durumlarý, öðrenci ve din görevlilerinin kurs hakkýndaki görüþleri verilmiþ, elde edilen bulgularla Yaz Kur'an Kurslarý deðiþik yönleriyle deðerlendirilmeye alýnmýþtýr. Buna göre Yaz Kur'an Kurslarýnýn din eðitimi alanýndaki önemli bir boþluðu doldurduðu bir gerçektir. Yaz Kur'an Kurslarý örgün eðitim sürecinde bulunan gençlerin dinin temel bilgilerini öðrendikleri önemli eðitim-öðretim merkezleridir. Yine bu kurslar, gençlerin hayatlarýný anlamlandýrma süreçlerinde karþýlaþtýklarý sorunlarýn çözümünde kendilerine destek saðlayacak biliþsel, duyuþsal ve psiko motor (beceri) davranýþlar kazanmalarýna da önemli katkýlar saðlamaktadýr. Yaz Kur'an kurslarýnda Kur'an okuma ve temel dinî bilgiler eðitimi alan çocuklarýn çoðu, daha sonradan -eðer örgün eðitimde seçmeli ders olarak seçmezlerse- yaygýn ve örgün eðitim içinde bir daha Kur'an eðitimi alamadýklarý düþünülecek olursa bu, Yaz Kur'an kurslarýnýn ne kadar önemli bir yere sahip olduðunu göstermektedir. Bu sebeple Yaz Kur'an kurslarý, bundan sonraki hayatlarýnda yeterli düzeyde din eðitimi alamayacaklar için asgari derecede dinî bilgiler öðrenebilecekleri önemli yerlerden biridir. |
