        The aim of this study is to develop a scale in order to specify to what extent individuals possess the ethical values which they are believed to possess. The essential literature review was done in order to be able to make a study of validity and reliability and a draft scale of 35 items was formed which could be regarded as ethical values. These items were organized in a scale form and the opinions of the domain experts were applied. After taking the domain experts' opinions, the scale was applied to a total of 196 students who study in a state university. A scale of 16 items which could explain the total variance of 61,93 % was obtained by doing the necessary analysis of the gathered data in SPSS 21.0 package software. The Cronbach's Alpha value of the scale was found as 0.90. The scale was seen to focus on 3 factors. These factors were can be categorized as love, justice and cooperation. When the data gathered at the end of the study were evaluated, it was concluded that "The Scale of the inclination to ethical values" was a reliable and valid scale.
        Bu çalışmanın amacı bireylerin sahip oldukları düşünülen etik değerlere ne derece sahip olduklarını belirleyebilmektir. Araştırmaya ilk önce geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmalarının yapılabilmesi için gerekli alan yazın taraması yapılarak başlanmış ve bu tarama sonrasında etik değerler olarak ifade edilebilecek 35 maddelik bir taslak ölçek oluşturulmuştur. Bu maddeler ölçek formunda düzenlenmiş ve alan uzmanlarının görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Gerekli uzman görüşleri alındıktan sonra taslak ölçek, bir devlet üniversitesinde öğrenim gören toplam 196 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 21.0 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu analizler sonucunda sevgi, adalet ve işbirliği şeklinde üç faktörde yoğunlaşmış, toplam varyansın %61,93'ünü açıklayan 16 maddelik bir ölçek elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen ölçeğin Cronbach's Alpha değeri 0.90 olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen veriler değerlendirildiğinde "Etik Değerlere Yatkınlık Ölçeği" nin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
