        It was aimed to determine opinions of educational technologies experts about problems of computer ethics in terms of prpperty rights, accuracy, privacy, accessibility and solution suggestions againist those problems. Qualitative research method was used to design. The data was collected from faculty members in the field of educational technologies. Sampling methos was used to determine participants. The data was collected through semi-structured interview. The validity and reliability of the research were found out. Dscriptive and content analysis were used to analyse the data. After the analysis all the findings were interpreted and described by direct quotations.
        Yapılan araştırmada ilk ve orta öğretim kurumlarına bağlı okullarda bilgisayar öğretmeni olarak görevlendirilecek öğretmenleri yetiştirmekle görevli olan öğretim elemanlarının bilgisayar etiğine ilişkin görüşlerine yöneliktir. Araştırma kapsamında, eğitim teknolojileri uzmanı öğretim elemanlarının bilgisayar etiği konusundaki görüşleri, fikri mülkiyet, doğruluk, gizlilik ve erişim bağlamında karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve bu sorunlara karşı çözüm önerilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma nitel olarak desenlenmiş ve araştırmanın verileri eğitim teknolojileri alanında uzman öğretim elemanlarından toplanmıştır. Araştırmada, katılımcılarının belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Araştırma verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yoluyla toplanmıştır. Nitel olarak desenlenen araştırmanın geçerlik ve güvenilirlik çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilen analizinde nitel verilerin betimsel analizden ve içerik analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda elde edilen bulgular yorumlanmış ve doğrudan alıntılarla betimlenmiştir.
