Sumario:An essay is presented on philosopher, logician, and scientist Charles Sanders Peirce's doctrine of Critical Common Sense, psychologist Jonathan Haidt's Social Intuitionist Model of moral judgment, and sentimental education in psychology. Topics include Perice's Pragmaticist approach, areas of convergence among Perice's doctrine and Haidt's model, Critical Common sense as a form of deliberate moral inquiry and moral progress, and empirical findings of Haidt on intuitive moral sense.
