The corpus involved eight works, novels, graphic novels, literary correspondence, that received generally favourable attention in the media. Without purporting to be exhaustive, the analysis focuses on the internal coherence of the publisher's catalogue pointing up the aesthetic trends and the recurring themes throughout. Samples from the social milieu and literary institution were also analyzed to show a certain contemporary literary ethos and overview of the book culture in current Québec literature. Le présent article tente d’apporter un éclairage partiel au nouveau paysage esthétique québécois en s’attachant aux entours et au contenu des textes publiés par la maison d’édition La Mèche entre octobre 2011 et mai 2013. Le corpus étudié regroupe huit ouvrages, romans, romans graphiques, correspondance littéraire, qui ont reçu un écho généralement favorable dans les médias. Sans prétendre à l’exhaustivité, l’analyse entend cerner la cohérence interne du catalogue de la maison d’édition en dégageant les tendances esthétiques et les thèmes récurrents qui traversent ses différentes publications.
