ab: Qualitative evaluation was conducted for students taking a subject on leadership and intrapersonal development ("Tomorrow's Leaders") at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. A total of 1,029 students completed a reflection worksheet to describe their experiences about the subject through the use of descriptors and metaphors. Reliability analyses showed that the coding of responses was consistent across raters. Regarding the descriptors used to describe the programs, most of the descriptors were positive with around 3% were negative responses. Concerning the metaphors used to represent the program, 93% of the responses were positive in nature, with 12 themes emerging from the responses. Consistent with the findings reported previously, the present study suggests that "Tomorrow's Leaders" was well-received by the students and they regarded the subject to be beneficial to their own development.
