| Sumario: | The article presents a quasi experimental research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of training on coping up strategy focused on the reduction of the academic stress on students. The study is undertaken among 5,000 female high school students in Tabriz, Iran where a sample of 60 students were divided into control and experimental groups. The results of the study show that the training on coping up strategy had a significant effect on academic stress reduction. |
