        This paper centers around the disjunctive constructions con o sin mí and con o sin ti as alternatives to conmigo o sin mí and contigo o sin ti in Spanish, for the implications of their use for the subject of the compatibility between the preposition con and the personal pronouns mí and ti and, on a more general level, of the language value of these pronouns. Attention is drawn to the confirmation of a non-negligible number of cases of the former constructions, which may be considered "uncanonical", due to the fact that, in them, con and the pronoun contract the same syntagmatic relation as in the now disused and frowned-upon constructions con mí and con ti. The apparent paradox is explained in terms of the Coserian distinction between system and norm, thus serving as an example to clarify the meaning and relevance of said distinction. Finally, the paper closes with some reflections on the way languages are historically constituted.
        Este artículo se interesa por las construcciones disyuntivas con o sin mí y con o sin ti como alternativas a conmigo o sin mí y contigo o sin ti en español, por las implicaciones de su uso para el tema de la compatibilidad entre la preposición con y los pronombres personales mí y ti y, en un nivel más general, del valor idiomático de dichos pronombres. Se llama la atención sobre la constatación de una cantidad no desdeñable de las primeras construcciones, las cuales se pueden considerar «no canónicas», por el hecho de que en ellas con y el pronombre contraen la misma relación sintagmática que en las construcciones con mí y con ti, hoy en día en desuso y censuradas. La aparente paradoja se explica a través de la distinción coseriana entre sistema y norma, lo que sirve de oportunidad para aclarar el sentido y la pertinencia de dicha distinción en general. Finalmente, el artículo cierra con unas reflexiones sobre la forma en que se constituyen históricamente las lenguas.
