The most important one of these updates is graphical user interface which is encountered by users firstly while using a mobile device. The aim of this research in this direction is to evaluate the android operating systems' graphical user interface in terms of visual design principles. In this research which is conducted as a survey model, the research group consists of 51 teachers who work at middle schools. As a priority, visual design elements are explained with examples from software used in the study. Using "Visual Design Control Scale" developed by (Smaldino, Russell, Heinich & Molenda, 2005) and consist of 15 questions which are 3-item likert type questions(1:"Poor", 2:"Acceptable", 3:"Very Good") as data collection tool, the software is assessed in terms of visual design principles and the results are evaluated.
