| Sumario: | Didatically birth can be divided into four periods: Dilation, expulsion, deconditioning and Greenberg. The objective of this article is to make an integrative review to characterize the second clinical period of labor in primiparous women. It is a literature review of the integrative type, by which it was carried out in August 2016, where the following inclusion criteria were used: articles published in the period from 2006 to 2016, available national articles are indexed in the databases Of the Virtual Health Library (VHL), being LILACS, SCIELO AND MEDLINE and with the following descriptors: obstetric nursing, normal and primiparous delivery. We identified 37 studies in total, of which 07 were duplicates and 17 did not meet the inclusion criteria. After completing the descriptors and using the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, a sample of 13 articles is taken. A comprehensive and analytical reading of the study was performed. The analysis of the types of study certified that of the 13 papers analyzed, 69.23% are of the quantitative type and 23.07% are qualitative and 7.07% are bibliographic review, among them: retrospective, transversal, clinical, exploratory and others. Didaticamente o parto pode ser dividido em quatro períodos: dilatação, expulsão, dequitação e Greenberg. O objetivo neste artigo é fazer uma revisão integrativa para caracterizar o segundo período clínico do parto em primíparas. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura do tipo integrativa, pela qual foi realizada no mês de agosto de 2016, onde foram utilizados os seguintes critérios de inclusão: artigos publicados no período de 2006 a 2016, artigos nacionais disponíveis integra indexados nas bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), sendo elas o LILACS, SCIELO E MEDLINE e com os seguintes descritores: enfermagem obstétrica, parto normal e primípara. Identificando-se 37 estudos no total, dos quais 07 eram duplicados e 17 não se enquadravam aos critérios de inclusão. Após realização do cumprimento dos descritores e mediante os critérios de inclusão e exclusão estabelecidos, retira-se uma amostra de 13 artigos. Foi realizado uma leitura compreensiva e analítica do estudo. A análise dos tipos de estudo certificou que dos 13 trabalhos analisados, 69,23% são do tipo quantitativo e 23,07% qualitativos e 7,07% revisão bibliográfico, entre eles estudos: retrospectivos, transversais, clinico, exploratório e outros. |
