| Sumario: | In La gaya ciencia, Friedrich Nietzsche makes a deep and passionate analogy between learning music and learning love; Even more interesting is the fact of appealing to the literary resource of analogy to reflect on the learning of love. Should we learn to love? How we learn to Love? What conditions would include such learning? What does music have to do with love? What is learning to love? In Nietzsche's proposal, "learning to love" and "learning music" must take into account the following questions: first, to learn to hear a theme, a melody, a rhythm, then to distinguish it with the ear, to isolate it and to delimit it with One's own life (cf. The gaya science No. 334). Therefore, the philosopher will say, human criteria of great value such as effort, goodwill and patience will begin to prevail, even in spite of the strangeness that may mean us; Tolerance in all its forms, tenderness, understanding and habituation to it, even miss it if this were needed. Thus we have learned to love all that we now love, since love must also be learned. If we assume the fact that we might be facing an educational problem, then we could also begin a dialogue with John Dewey, who raises the need for a theory of experience. Friedrich Nietzsche en su libro La gaya ciencia hace una profunda y apasionada analogía entre aprender la música y aprender el amor; más interesante aún lo constituye el hecho de apelar al recurso literario de la analogía para reflexionar acerca del aprendizaje del amor. ¿Hay que aprender a amar? ¿A amar se aprende? ¿Qué condiciones incluirían tal aprendizaje? ¿Qué tiene que ver la música con el amor? ¿Qué es aprender a amar? En la propuesta de Nietzsche, entre ‘aprender a amar' y ‘aprender música' se deben tener en cuenta las siguientes cuestiones: primero aprender a oír un tema, una melodía, un ritmo, después saber distinguirla con el oído, aislarla y delimitarla con la propia vida (Cfr. La gaya ciencia Nº 334). Por lo tanto, dirá el filósofo, comenzarán a primar criterios humanos de enorme valía como el esfuerzo, la buena voluntad y la paciencia hasta poder soportarla, muy a pesar de la extrañeza que pueda significarnos; tolerancia en todas sus formas, ternura, comprensión y acostumbramiento a ella, hasta extrañarla por si esto hiciera falta. Así hemos aprendido a amar todo lo que ahora amamos, ya que el amor también debe aprenderse. Si asumimos el hecho de que podríamos estar frente a un problema educativo, entonces podríamos también comenzar un diálogo con John Dewey, quien nos plantea la necesidad de una teoría de la experiencia. |
