The program implementers completed a validated client satisfaction scale (Form B) after completion of the program. Results revealed that most of the program implementers perceived program content, their own performance, and program effectiveness in a favorable manner. In line with previous studies, both perceived program content and self-perceived performance of the workers predicted perceived program effectiveness.
