The results show that expectancy effort does not have a significant effect on performance expectancy in the use of Internet banking, social influences do not have a significant effect on performance expectancy in the use of Internet banking but performance expectancy has a significant effect on effort expectancy and social influences in the use of Internet banking. Website design has a significant influence on the behaviour of Internet banking websites. Website design has a significant impact on the use of Internet banking through mediation of performance expectancy. Prior experience has a significant effect on effort expectancy in the use of Internet banking. Prior experience has significant influence performance against expectancy in the use of Internet banking. Prior experience has a significant effect on website design in the use of Internet banking.
