For this purpose, research population has been determined the first thousand exporter firms determined by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM). It was aimed to get data from all the firms, but 268 businesses responded to the survey. Data were collected by interviews with middle and senior managers with questionnaire technique. In this quantitative study, data was analyzed by SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling. Information systems strategies are dealt with in three different approaches. These are Efficiency-Oriented, Flexible- Oriented and Comprehensive Information Systems Strategies. Five dimensions were identified as supply chain performance dimensions in the study. These dimensions are called cost performance, logistics performance, customer service performance, integration performance and flexibility performance. Efficiency-Oriented Information Systems Strategy can impact supply chain performance at the highest level. This is followed by Flexibility Oriented Information Systems Strategy and Comprehensive Information Systems Strategy. Efficiency-Oriented Informatıon Systems Strategy influenced logistics performance the most from the supply chain performance dimensions. Flexible-Oriented Information Systems Strategy and Comprehensive Information Systems Strategy, influenced flexibility performance the most from the supply chain performance dimensions. As a result of the research with the first 1000 exporter companies that have directed the economy of Turkey, Efficiency-Oriented Information Systems Strategy affect supply chain performance more than the other two strategies. Bu araştırmanın amacı bilgi sistemleri stratejilerinin tedarik zinciri performansına etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla, Türkiye İhracatçılar Birliği tarafından belirlenen ilk bin işletme araştırmanın evreni olarak seçilmiştir. Araştırmada evrenin tamamına ulaşılmaya çalışılmış fakat 268 firmadan veri toplanabilmiştir. Veriler İşletmelerin orta ve üst düzey yöneticileri ile görüşülerek, anket tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Nicel tasarıma sahip olan bu çalışmada elde edilen veriler SPSS ve yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bilgi sistemleri stratejileri üç farklı yaklaşımla ele alınmıştır. Bunlar verimliliğe odaklı, esnekliğe odaklı ve kapsamlı bilgi sistemleri stratejileridir. Araştırmada tedarik zinciri performans boyutları olarak beş boyut belirlenmiştir. Bu boyutlar maliyet performansı, lojistik performansı, müşteri hizmet performansı, entegrasyon performansı ve esneklik performansı olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Tedarik zinciri performansını en yüksek düzeyde etkileyebilen strateji, Verimliliğe Odaklı B.S.S.1'dir. Bunu Esnekliğe Odaklı B.S.S. ve Kapsamlı B.S.S. izlemektedir. Verimliliğe Odaklı B.S.S., tedarik zinciri performans boyutlarından en fazla lojistik performansını etkilemektedir. Esnekliğe Odaklı B.S.S. ve Kapsamlı B.S.S. tedarik zinciri performans boyutlarından en fazla esneklik performansı boyutunu etkilemektedir.
