The technique of analyzing argumentative discourses on ENDESA's CSR was used in the context of a conflict for a hydroelectric plant in the county of Panguipulli, in southern Chile, based on semi-structured interviews conducted with governmental and local actors. Finally, discursive relations are discussed to propose that business strategies introduce and socialize this type of investments by managing neo-extractivism and particular state functions. La presente propuesta discute el modelo neoliberal y extractivo que se ha implementado en los países latinoamericanos por efecto del desarrollo de la economía de mercado mundial, tomando el caso del capitalismo verde y la utilización estratégica de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE). Se utilizó la técnica de análisis de discursos argumentativos sobre la RSE de ENDESA, en el contexto de un conflicto hidroeléctrico en la comuna de Panguipulli al sur de Chile, para lo cual se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a actores gubernamentales y locales. Finalmente, se discuten las relaciones discursivas para proponer que las estrategias empresariales buscan introducir y socializar este tipo de inversiones, a través de la gestión de un neoextractivismo y de una determinada función estatal. A presente proposta discute o modelo neoliberal e extrativo que foi implementado nos países latinoamericanos em decorrência do desenvolvimento mundial da economia de mercado, a partir do caso do capitalismo verde e o uso estratégico da Responsabilidade Social Corporativa (RSC). Utiliza-se a técnica de análise de discursos argumentativos sobre a RSC da ENDESA, no contexto de um conflito hidroelétrico na cidade de Panguipulli no sul do Chile, onde foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas com atores governamentais e locais.
