| Sumario: | In the present article it is maintained that, although there is a predisposition for higher level institutions to be certified under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, the effectiveness of these systems as an administrative management tool continues to be questioned today. An objective of this research is to analyze the level of adequacy of management systems ISO- 9001 requirements regarding the quality information in the processes. This research is descriptive, quantitative, not experimental and correlational. This type of study aims to understand the degree of association that exists between two or more concepts, categories or variables in a particular context. An instrument with closed and mixed questions was applied, preceded of invitation letter, objective of the survey, respondent subject, questions and general data. The validity of the instruments was determined with Cronbach's alpha and a simple regression analysis was performed. En el presente artículo se sostiene que, aunque existe una predisposición por que las instituciones de nivel medio superior se certifiquen bajo la norma ISO 9001:2015, hoy día se sigue cuestionando la eficacia de estos sistemas como herramienta de gestión administrativa. Siendo el objetivo de esta investigación analizar los factores críticos de éxito para la adecuación de los sistemas de gestión de calidad ISO 9001 con relación al compromiso de la dirección y calidad de la información. Esta investigación es de tipo cuantitativa descriptiva, no experimental, correlacional. Este tipo de estudios tiene como objetivo conocer la relación o grado de asociación que existe entre dos o más conceptos, categorías o variables en un contexto en particular. Asimismo, se realizaron cuestionarios con preguntas cerradas y mixtas, precedidos por la carta de invitación, donde se menciona el objetivo de la encuesta, las preguntas, el sujeto encuestado y los datos generales del proceso. La validez del instrumento se determinó mediante el alfa de Cronbach, además se realizaron análisis de regresión múltiple. |
