Thought reading is possible through deciphering the brain's neurodynamic code for a given phenomenon of subjective reality (or at least through determination of its neurodynamic counterpart). During the past two decades, significant results in that regard have been achieved in the area of neuroscience called "brain reading." Using examples of these results, the author examines the problem of deciphering the brain's codes for mental phenomena, the theoretical and methodological challenges involved, and the prospects for further development related to new methods of visualizing and mapping brain activity.
