The importance of knowledge in gerontechnology is revealed, dwelled on awareness- raising subject required with formal and informal education. It is utilized with both qualitative and quantitative researches about subject, need to deliberate with gerontology and gerontechnology safety factor; it is emphasised that the results of taking into account that personal safety in technology design as an absolute factor, requiring formal and informal education for gerontechnology and personal safety.
