Intransigent Disadvantage: What Inequality Contributes to Development Gaps.
The article discusses the relationship between economic growth and health outcomes and gives reference of Marmot's book "The Health Gap" for it and also discusses an impact of inequality on the health gap and failure of economic policies on development gaps.
