In the field of education, we observe the elearning system as the new application. Many researchers have contributed to the e-learning system by carrying out academic studies. In this study, the effect of the perceived performance of e-learning students on user satisfaction was investigated and a questionnaire was applied to 225 e-learning graduate students studying at Gazi University. The perceived performance component in the proposed model consists of perceived quality and perceived usability components. The perceived quality component compose of the sub-dimensions of information quality, service quality, and system quality. The perceived usability component consists of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use sub-dimensions. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, information quality, service quality and system quality are explained by 75% (R2 = 0.75) of user satisfaction in the study and 25% are explained by other variables. It has been determined that information quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use have a significant and positive effect on users' satisfaction, but service quality and system quality have no significant effect on users' satisfaction E-öğrenme her geçen gün önemini artırmaktadır. Birçok araştırmacı e-öğrenme alanında çalışmalar yaparak, alan yazınına katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada e-öğrenme öğrencileri tarafından algılanan performansın kullanıcı tatminine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Önerilen modelde algılanan performans bileşeni algılanan kalite ve algılanan kullanılabilirlik bileşenleri olarak ayrıştırılmıştır. Algılanan kalite bileşeni, bilgi kalitesi, hizmet kalitesi ve sistem kalitesi alt boyutlarından meydana gelmektedir. Algılanan kullanılabilirlik bileşeni ise algılanan fayda ve algılanan kullanım kolaylığı alt boyutlarından oluşmuştur. Bu bağlamda Gazi Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 225 e-öğrenme lisansüstü öğrencisine anket uygulanmıştır. İlk olarak R programında yapılan doğrulayıcı faktör analizi neticesinde uyum iyiliği değerlerinin kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Böylece elde edilen verilerle kurulan modelin uyumlu olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İkinci adımda ise yapısal eşitlik modeli analizi yapılarak hipotezler test edilmiştir. Buna göre e-öğrenme sistemini kullanan öğrencilerin memnuniyetlerinin %75 (R2=0.75) oranında algılanan kalite ve algılanan kullanılabilirlik değişkenleri tarafından açıklandığı, %25 oranında ise başka etkenler tarafından açıklandığı görülmüştür.
