The descriptive scanning model (survey) was used to determine the attitudes of teacher candidates towards arranging the positive learning environment. The working group of the research consisted of 323 teacher candidates who are studying at Kafkas University during the fall semester of 2017-2018. "Attitude scale towards arranging the positive learning environment" was developed in order to teacher candidates by the researcher was used as data collection tool. The descriptive statistics, Mann Whitney U Test and Kruskal Wallis H Test were used while the datas were being analyzed in the research. As a result of the findings which was obtained from the research that it was seen that the teacher candidates rated at the level of "I strongly agree" on the general of attitude scale towards arranging the positive learning environment. Significant differences as statistically were found in the only "painstaking", "complication" sub-dimensions of scale and general of scale according to gender variable of the teacher candidates in research. Also, significant differences as statistically were detected in all sub-dimensions of the scale and general of scale according to type of program variable of the teacher candidates. But, no significant differences as statistically were observed in all sub-dimensions of scale and general of scale according to the academic average variable of the teacher candidates. Besides, significant differences as statistically were detected in the only "complication", "supporting" sub-dimensions of scale and general of scale according to the age range variable of teacher candidates. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı öğretmen adaylarının "olumlu öğrenme ortamı düzenlemeye yönelik tutumlarını" ve sahip oldukları bu tutumların çeşitli değişkenlere göre (cinsiyet, program türü, akademik ortalama ve yaş aralığı) istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde bir farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemektir. Araştırmada öğretmen adaylarının olumlu öğrenme ortamı düzenlemeye yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek için betimsel tarama modeli (survey) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2017-2018 güz yarıyılı döneminde Kafkas Üniversitesinde öğrenim görmekte olan 323 öğretmen adayı oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak, öğretmen adayları için araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "olumlu öğrenme ortamı düzenlemeye yönelik tutum ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veriler analiz edilirken betimleyici istatistikler, Mann Whitney U testi ve Kruskal Wallis H testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulguların sonucunda, öğretmen adaylarının olumlu öğrenme ortamı düzenlemeye yönelik tutum ölçeğinin geneline "kesinlikle katılıyorum" düzeyinde puan verdikleri görülmüştür. Araştırmada cinsiyet değişkenine göre ölçeğin sadece "ihtimam", "güçleştirme" alt boyutlarında ve ölçeğin genelinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Bunun yanında öğretmen adaylarının program türü değişkenine göre ölçeğin bütün alt boyutlarında ve ölçeğin genelinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Fakat öğretmen adaylarının akademik ortalama değişkenine göre, ölçeğin bütün alt boyutlarında ve ölçeğin genelinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmamıştır.
