Building on the work of Michel Foucault and Judith Butler, I suggest ways the modern subject may be able to resist dominating power. It is clear the easiest way to do this is to find a "queerness" and to live outside the dialectical categorizations imposed by the disciplinary society. The mindset must not be to be oneself but that one is in a constant state of becoming that has no end. |
