| Sumario: | The aim of this study is to determine Turkish students' and Turkish teachers' needs in France regarding the Turkish education and training process according to the teachers' views. In this context, a semistructured open-ended interview was conducted with Turkish teachers who were appointed by MEB in France. By means of the semi-structured open-ended questionnaire, it is aimed that the teachers express their feelings and thoughts about the Turkish education process as well as they want. In this context, the model of the research is designed in accordance with a case study from qualitative research designs. In accordance with the principle of voluntarism, Turkish teachers were interviewed and some difficulties and needs related to the Turkish education and training process were determined in France. The needs that were determined based on the results were examined in four main categories. These are, the findings related to students' needs, the findings related to teachers' needs, the findings related to the needs of teachinglearning materials, and the findings related to other needs. These findings in detail in the related sections. At the end of the research, necessary suggestions were made to eliminate the identified need situations. Depending on the results achieved, the approaches, methods, techniques, and materials related to Turkish education should be arranged according to Turkish students' needs in the Turkish learning process. At the same time, the educational process should be renewed according to the changing needs and shortcomings of the students. This situation will ensure the creation of a suitable, permanent, more concrete, functional and realistic learning process. Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmen görüşlerine göre Fransa'daki Türk öğrencilerinin ve Türkçe dersi öğretmenlerinin Türkçe eğitim-öğretim sürecindeki ihtiyaç durumlarını incelemek ve belirlemektir. Bu kapsamda MEB tarafından görevlendirilen Fransa'daki Türkçe dersi öğretmenleri ile açık uçlu yoğunlaşmış görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Açık uçlu yoğunlaşmış görüşme vasıtasıyla öğretmenlerin Türkçe eğitimöğretim süreci ile ilgili duygu ve düşüncelerini belirtmeleri amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın modeli nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışmasına uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır. Gönüllülük esasına göre Türkçe dersi öğretmenleri ile görüşülmüş ve Fransa'da Türkçe eğitim-öğretim süreci ile ilgili bazı zorluklar ve ihtiyaç durumları belirlenmiştir. Ulaşılan sonuçlara bağlı olarak tespit edilen ihtiyaç durumları, dört ana bölümde ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Bunlar; öğrenci ihtiyaçları ile ilgili bulgular, öğretmen ihtiyaçları ile ilgili bulgular, eğitim-öğretim materyali ile ilgili bulgular ve diğer ihtiyaç durumları ile ilgili bulgular olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Ulaşılan bulgular, ilgili bölümlerde detaylıca açıklanarak belirlenen ihtiyaç durumlarının giderilmesi için gerekli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Bu önerilerden bazıları şunlardır. Ulaşılan sonuçlara bağlı olarak Fransa'daki göçmen Türk öğrencilerin Türkçe öğrenme sürecindeki temel ihtiyaçlarına göre Türkçe eğitimi ile ilgili yaklaşım, yöntem, teknik ve materyallerin etkili bir şekilde düzenlenmesi gerekmektedir. Aynı zamanda düzenlenen bu eğitimöğretim sürecinin, öğrencilerin değişen ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak şekilde yeri geldiğinde güncelleştirilmesi gerekir. Bu durum; etkili, amaca uygun, kalıcı, daha somut, işlevsel ve gerçekçi bir eğitim-öğretim sürecinin oluşmasını sağlayacaktır. |
