Method: Two searches of current auditory training apps available on smartphones or iPads in the Apple App Store were conducted that met the inclusion criteria. Two hundred thirtynine apps were located, with 5 apps located for an in-depth review. Results: Results are shown in tables with the descriptions, size, and types of activities. In addition, features of the apps related to evidence-based auditory learning and impressions about usability of the apps and need for additional instructions in using the apps are also provided. Conclusion: The training programs summarized here provide clinicians with tables to use as a tool for informing clients about the various characteristics of rehabilitative auditory training options in mobile app formats.
