Data was collected from all 23 BOL employees and questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The data was analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software. The research found that tacit knowledge exchange significantly affects sustainable competitive advantage where top management support played a role as the mediator.
