| Sumario: | Objective To investigate the present situation in learning of first aid equipment among nurses by using qualitative methods. To understand tihe potential problem during learning of first aid equipment and to provide solutions. Methods The individual interview and focus group interview was adopted in this study. The dictated data of 20 nurses were recorded, and their learning experience on first aid equipment were summarized and analyzed. Results There were 4 main learning problems including paying less attention on new equipment, low anticipated results after exam-oriented training and formalized evaluation, poor implementation effect of standardized operation and low coverage on targeted groups. Conclusion The findings illustrated some problems in learning of first aid equipment among nurses. Managers should put more efforts on leaning style, contents and target groups, in order to improve the learning efficacy of nurses and ensure the safety usage of first aid equipment. 目的对护理人员急救仪器的学习现状开展质性研究, 了解护理人员急救仪器学习中存在的问题, 为 提高临床管理质量提供依据。方法运用现象学研究方法, 分为个人访谈及小组焦点访谈, 现场录音收集来 自内科、外科\急诊及监护室共20名护理人员对急救仪器学习的实践反思, 并对资料进行归纳及分析。结果 急救仪器学习方面存在4个问题：未重视对新仪器的学习、应试化培训与形式化考核达不到预期效果、统一的 标准(规范）的执行效果不佳、急救仪器的学习人群覆盖不足。结论护理急救仪器学习中存在一定问题, 管 理者应从学习方式、内容、人员等多方面有针对性进行管理, 提高护士急救仪器学习效率, 保障护理急救仪器 的使用安全. |
