| Sumario: | As you know, one of the foundations of state power is human capital. The economic development of Azerbaijan is fast. The standard of living is increasing, and human capital is expanding. In this regard, the system of social protection of the population is also expanding every year and serves the progress of the country. The power of each state lies in the capabilities and skills of its citizens, in human capital. Human capital, in turn, can be formed through education, upbringing and real life experience. Как известно, одной из основ государственной власти является человеческий капитал. Экономическое развитие Азербайджана идет быстрыми темпами. Уровень жизни растет, а человеческий капитал расширяется. В связи с этим система социальной защиты населения также расширяется с каждым годом и служит прогрессу страны. Мощь каждого государства заключается в возможностях и умениях его граждан, в человеческом капитале. Человеческий капитал, в свою очередь, может формироваться через образование, воспитание и реальный жизненный опыт. |
