The article discusses the Hwaseong Fortress, a fortification located in Suwon, South Korea that was built from 1794 to 1796 by King Jeongjo of the Joseon dynasty and discusses a king's procession in 1795 and notes that the Hwaseong Fortress was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
