A total 62 patients were included with 31 in each into two groups GROUP-A (Mirror therapy), GROUP-B (Motor imagery). 57 subjects completed the intervention, Both the groups received 45 minutes of treatment which include 15+30minutes, where the GROUP-A, performs the exercises in front of the Mirror and conventional therapy GROUP-B which include the mental representation of movement without any body movement. These interventions are held for 6 weeks, 5 days a week for 45 minutes. the assessment was taken at baseline i.e. prior the intervention(pre-test) and at the end of protocol i.e. the post test measures were taken using gait parameters for gait function. 10meters walk test for walking velocity as the outcome measures. Results: Statistical analysis of the data revealed that in between the group comparison showed no significant difference, both the groups has shown improvement in gait in post stroke subjects.
